- Account Information: Your name, business name, and email address provided during registration.
- Culinary & Inventory Data: Ingredients, purchase costs, pack sizes, recipe yield batches, packaging expenses, and dish retail prices you enter.
- Sales Records: Daily orders, order channel tags (e.g., Dine-in, Takeout, GrabFood, FoodPanda), and timestamp logs.
- Technical Information: Device type, browser user-agent, and IP address for session security, PWA installation caching, and fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is strictly utilized to operate and enhance your KwentaDo experience:
- Computing real-time cost-per-unit, target markup recommendations, and margin alerts.
- Generating daily profit pulse reports and sales performance summaries for your kitchen.
- Synchronizing your data seamlessly between your mobile phone and desktop computers.
- Sending essential billing invoices, subscription notices, and product security updates.

- Authentication: Secure password hashing algorithms (bcrypt/argon2) ensuring credentials cannot be viewed or decrypted.
- Regular Backups: Automated daily backups safeguarding your kitchen records against accidental loss or hardware failure.

You retain full control over your culinary data at all times:
- Data Portability: You can export your recipes, ingredient inventories, and sales summaries into spreadsheet-compatible formats (CSV/Excel).
- Right to Deletion: If you choose to close your KwentaDo account, you may request permanent deletion of all associated data by contacting our support team.

KwentaDo adheres to the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality as outlined in Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Republic of the Philippines).
